Josep Miret Must\u00e9 fou un home de comprom\u00eds pol\u00edtic durant els anys de la segona Rep\u00fablica i la guerra civil, primer des de les joventuts de la Uni\u00f3 Socialista de Catalunya i, despr\u00e9s, al PSUC. Tingu\u00e9 un paper actiu, amb responsabilitats pol\u00edtiques i militars, dins de les institucions de la Generalitat, l’Ex\u00e8rcit Popular de la Rep\u00fablica en el Comit\u00e8 Central de Mil\u00edcies Antifeixistes, en la presid\u00e8ncia del Consell de Transports,
en la Conselleria de Prove\u00efments i, per \u00faltim, com a comissari pol\u00edtic als fronts.
Un cop abandon\u00e0 Catalunya, mantingu\u00e9 el seu comprom\u00eds pol\u00edtic jugant un paper singular en els moviments de resist\u00e8ncia antinazi al nord de Fran\u00e7a, fins a jugar-se la pr\u00f2pia vida i que el port\u00e0 a afegir-se als milers de republicans que romanien des de 1940 al camp de Mauthausen, on fou assassinat l’any 1944.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
