Poket History of Catalonia is an enjoyable book which rigorously explains Catalonia’s history, from prehistory to the independence referendum of 1st October 2017. It is a mosaic of more than 100 topics written for eferyone.
The chapters are presented chronologically but, at the same time, are independent and can be read in any order. The reader is free to jump in at any given point or navigate through time, leaping from the Arabs of the 8th century to the Almogavars of the 14th or the War of Succession of the 18th.
